A full-page reload can interrupt momentum and negatively impact the shopping journey. If you’re looking to add an AJAX add to cart function to WooCommerce, this guide is for you.
Enable Ajax add to cart buttons on archives:
Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Products, then scroll to the Add to cart behaviour section. Check the box labeled “Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives.”
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Save changes” button to apply the settings.
Enable Ajax add to cart buttons on Single Page:
Go to Quicker → Settings → Products→ Add to Cart .
Enable “Ajax Add to Cart” and click the “Save changes” button to apply the settings.
Single product pages include an AJAX add-to-cart option, allowing quick item additions without reloading for all types of product.
Note: The Ajax Add to Cart and Direct Checkout features are not compatible with each other. Enabling both may cause unexpected behavior. Please use only one at a time based on your store’s checkout flow.
